Terms of Participation
Purpose
The C3PAO CCA Scheduling Board is designed to connect C3PAOs with qualified CCAs for legitimate CMMC assessment opportunities. CMMCMarket.com does not act as an employer, broker, or contracting party.
Accuracy & Responsibility
C3PAOs are responsible for ensuring listing information is accurate, lawful, and related to actual assessment opportunities. Misleading listings may be removed.
Confidentiality
Opportunities must not include client names, sensitive operational details, or controlled information.
Independent Relationships
Any agreements, payments, or engagements formed through the Scheduling Board are directly between the C3PAO and CCA.
No Guarantee of Placement
Posting or applying does not guarantee engagement, compensation, or availability.
Right to Moderate
CMMCMarket.com may review, edit, or remove listings that:
- appear fraudulent or irrelevant
- violate confidentiality
- breach community or platform guidelines
Participation Acknowledgment
Submitting a listing indicates acceptance of these terms.
